Marinated Veal Porterhouse


6 Veal Porterhouse, approximately 20oz
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Tabasco
1 tablespoon of chopped Thyme
1/4 cup of chopped Parsley
1 tablespoon Mustard Oil
1 cup of BLT Steak Sauce / reduce by half
½ cup of honey
1 teaspoon smoked liquid

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate veal for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Remove veal from marinade and pat the dry. Grill over medium heat, 7 minutes per side. Cook to medium.
