3 Easy Steps To Pan-Frying/Sautéing Veal

Heat small amount of oil and/or butter in heavy nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat until hot.

Season veal with herbs or spices as desired. Place veal in preheated skillet.
Do not overcrowd. Do not add water; do not cover.

Pan-fry according to chart, turning occasionally. After cooking, season with
salt if desired.
