3 Easy Steps To Broiling Veal

Preheat oven broiler for 10 minutes.

Place veal on rack in broiler pan. Season with herbs or spices as desired.
Position broiler pan so that surface of veal is the specified distance from
heat (see chart below).

Broil according to chart, turning once. After cooking, season with salt, if
desired.
